Glam

So, I've been looking around and it seems as though the
"new glam" is adorned headbands.
Makes me remember when I was a little girl and we
never went anywhere fancy without a hat on.
Since hats wore me instead of me wearing hats, I was never able
to find one that looked good on my small head.
Then entered the fancy headbands.......and "wha-la....they look great on every girl!!
So here are my newest creations.

All my headbands have feathers, jewels of some sort and
french ribbon.

HEADBANDS are for sale for $25 each
I also have a couple that have a large pearl and gemstone broche
that sell for $30 each

Some new things

Jewelry making is something I have dabbled in for a few years and now have learned to solder too. Thought I would put both techniques together and this is what I came up with.
Almost all my jewelry pieces have several Swarovski crystals and pearls in them. I just love all the Swarovski jewels and can't seem to create something without them!

Now back to my studio to see what else I can come up with.
Oh, and if you're interested in purchasing any of these new necklaces the soldered pieces sell for $25 and the plain necklace is $20.

Building Up Inventory

These are some pictures of my latest hats and headbands. I have designed the flowers into larger blossoms. They are so cute and really make a statement. The center of each flower has a large cluster of swarvoski crystals.

I stuck this picture in of my grandson, Caden, holding our little granddaughter, Sofia. She is modeling one of the new headbands.
A work in progress.........

Here's what they look like on!

I've also added some more canvas art pieces.

STILL LEARNING

I continue to experiment with the Yupo paper and watercolor at Art Group. This week I tried painting some poppies and another dog. I find myself really looking forward to Tuesday mornings and 4 hours of painting with the great people who make up our Trilogy Art Group. The numbers have dwindled recently due to several members leaving for the summer. But the diehards are hanging in there and together we are creating with paint and through conversation growing our friendships. I just love it.

More Headbands

Here's our little Sofia modeling a couple of my new headbands.

My headbands fit infants, toddlers and girls. No two are alike and all are created by hand, petal bypetal. I embellish them with Swarovski crystals, tulle and feathers. To purchase email me at: NancyHunterDesigns@cox.net
